People's Organisation for Wider Education & Rights (POWER) NGO is deeply committed to empowering persons with disabilities through inclusive and holistic intervention programs that promote equality, dignity, and independence. Our approach ensures that every individual, regardless of ability, has access to the support and opportunities needed to lead a fulfilling life.

We provide nutritious food, monthly dry rations, safe accommodation, and assistive devices such as crutches, calipers, wheelchairs, and CP chairs to ensure mobility and comfort. During natural disasters or emergencies, we stand by them with family relief kits and essential supplies to meet their basic needs, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive humanitarian response.

Our focus on inclusive education and skill development helps individuals with disabilities acquire knowledge and vocational skills through offline, online, and hybrid training programs. We also facilitate employment placements in reputed companies and organizations, ensuring equitable access to sustainable livelihoods.

Beyond skills and employment, we promote economic inclusion by providing entrepreneurship support, small business mentoring, and revolving fund assistance to enhance financial independence and social participation.

Regular health camps for persons with disabilities are conducted in partnership with volunteer doctors, technicians, voluntary organizations, the Rotary Club, and government departments. These camps focus on assessing individual requirements and providing appropriate assistive devices, aids, and appliances to enhance their health, mobility, and quality of life.
