Many rural women face social and economic challenges, limited opportunities, and lack of awareness about their rights. People's Organisation for Wider Education & Rights (POWER) NGO addresses these issues through a combination of vocational training and rights education, creating a path toward self-reliance and personal growth.

A key focus of our program is training in aari embroidery and tailoring. These skills equip women to earn a sustainable livelihood while preserving traditional crafts.
